Sojuzpushnina has an Area Manager in Greece now

The Russian auction company having its headquarters in Moscow and holding auctions in St. Petersburg has been actively expanding its business ties abroad. Last year Sojuzpushnina opened its representation office in the Chinese capital Beijing. Now Sojuzpushnina opens a position of Area Manager in Greece. This post was taken up by Vitaly Ivanidi.

Vitaly has been working for Sojuzpushnina since 1986. Almost all foreign customers know him very well as a fur expert and an auctioneer. Besides he has Greek origin and speaks Greek fluently.

His main task is to inform Greek buyers about the latest news concerning international auctions held by Sojuzpushnina. Now all matters ranging from visa support and hotel bookings to getting consulted on delivery of goods can be addressed by Greek companies to Vitaly Ivanidi directly.

Greece is one of the most important market in fur industry. Sojuzpushnina has long-standing relations with Greek market. It reveals itself in long-term tradition of Greek customers to buy top lots from Sojuzpushnina’s auctions. For example, the top lot (the best Barguzinsky Sable lot) of 165th International fur auction conducted by Sojuzpushnina in St Petersburg between February 4-10, 2005 was acquired by Tsoukas Bros. and Sons S.A., Greece for a record-breaking price of US$810 for a skin. Tsoukas Bros. and Sons S.A. also bought the top lot of farmed Sable at the December auction of 2004.

We hope this position to consolidate exist relations and establish new friendly ones with Greek customers.

Vitaly Ivanidi is going to visit Kastoria and  Siatista in October 9-15, 2005. Please do not hesitate to let Vitaly Ivanidi know if you require any information.
